Introduction

Drumming can energise or relax, increase self-steem, increase heart rate and blood flow, and - now officially - improve IQ scores.

Drum Lessons

Students are encouraged to attend drum lessons weekly, on a fixed day and time. All lessons are one to one.

I'll teach you how to read the notes for the exercises you are learning. Find out more about your new drum tutor!

You will play the drums for a whole hour, and pretty soon you will be able to play Rock, Pop, Funk, Jazz, Soul, Fusion, Reggae, Blues, Metal, Samba and Latin Rhythms!

Drumming

Rudiments, techniques, stick control, fundamental exercises, fills, grooves... everything will be covered during the lessons.

But if you don't want to be one more drummer who went to Los Angeles and the only thing you had to repeat over there was "Would you like fries with that sir?", you better repeat the exercises as much as you can. I guarantee it's FUN!

Polish, learn the technique in such a way that it becomes intuitive. Intuition is a state of mind that is beyond technique.
After much practising and repeating, the movements become part of our own existence. And if that isn’t enough, you must repeat and practise.
A drummer allows many notes to sound wrong because he knows the importance of repeating his gestures thousands of times, not being afraid of making mistakes.
Then comes the moment when he no longer has to think about what he is doing.
